Our Story
Can someone start from nothing and build something meaningful? That belief inspired the founding of AGILE — Audit, Advisory, Governance & Leadership Excellence in 2026. Co founded by Chartered Accountants, among them Claudine Simo Mamo, a CEMAC certified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of ACCA, AGILE brings together the collective expertise of its partners while reflecting Claudine's 37 years of leadership in finance and accounting across the CEMAC region. She joined AGILE to mentor young professionals and to build leadership capacity, ownership and accountability within teams. As a strategic advisor to banks, insurers, microfinance institutions and asset managers, she strengthens financial systems, supports regulatory compliance under OHADA, COBAC, CIMA and COSUMAF, and drives performance, particularly in agro industry, banking and microfinance structuring. Her vision is clear: sustainable success comes from strong foundations, discipline and continuous growth. At AGILE we secure value, empower growth and build trust, proving that meaningful futures are built from humble beginnings, one strategic step at a time.

Social Responsibility
At AGILE we dedicate one day each month to structured community service across the CEMAC region, reflecting our values and our founder's vision. This includes financial literacy workshops for youth and entrepreneurs, pro bono advisory for microfinance startups and small agro businesses, and mentorship sessions to build leadership in underserved communities. Our team gives time and expertise to strengthen financial systems and raise awareness of compliance fundamentals such as the basics of OHADA. The aim is practical: to equip people with tools for sustainable growth, build a culture of accountability, and show that meaningful futures can start from humble beginnings.
